Charmed Circle is a recurring monthly membership.
You may cancel before your next billing cycle to stop future payments.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for the current billing period.
If you cancel and rejoin later, the current membership rate at that time will apply.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not want to be charged again.

Failure to participate, schedule, engage, respond, implement, or use the support does not release you from the payment obligation.
No refunds are provided for Private Mentorship unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Sophia Alexandria.

A payment plan is not a subscription unless explicitly stated.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failed payments must be resolved promptly.
Access may be paused or removed if payments are not completed.
Outstanding balances remain due.
If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment information.
Sophia Alexandria may pause or revoke access to programs, memberships, private containers, resources, or materials until payment is resolved.
Failure to complete payment does not cancel the amount owed unless Sophia Alexandria confirms cancellation in writing.

Duplicate purchase refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the duplicate purchase can be verified.
If you do not receive access to a purchased product, first check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.

Chargebacks do not cancel payment obligations for payment plans or outstanding balances.
