Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their strategy or discovery call at any time. There are no fees or penalties associated with cancellation or rescheduling. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule, you may do so using the confirmation link provided in your booking email or by contacting us directly. Sophia Alexandria reserves the right to reschedule appointments if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a new appointment may be arranged.
