Purpose of the Waitlist Our waitlist ensures an organized process for access to memberships, classes, events, programs, services, and coaching. Joining secures your place for upcoming opportunities. How the Waitlist Works Joining the Waitlist: Submit your information through our designated form. Provide your full name, email address, and preferences. Priority Placement: Placement is first-come, first-served. Priority may be given to existing members or prior participants. Notification Process: Available spots will be communicated via email. Notifications include instructions for securing the spot, such as payment or confirmation. Membership Waitlist: Access to memberships depends on availability. Waitlisted individuals will be notified as spots open. Members on the waitlist may receive early updates about new features or tiers. Classes and Events Waitlist: Waitlists are specific to each class or event. You may join multiple waitlists but must confirm attendance separately for each. Programs and Services Waitlist: For limited-capacity programs, individuals will be contacted in order of placement. Priority may go to those expressing specific needs or goals. Coaching Waitlist: Coaching availability depends on the coach’s schedule. Waitlisted individuals will be prioritized as new openings arise. Waitlist Terms and Conditions Non-Guaranteed Spot: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. Availability depends on capacity and scheduling. Response Time: Notifications include a response deadline. Failure to confirm may result in losing the spot. Updates and Communication: Waitlisted individuals may receive updates, offers, or alternative opportunities. Opt-Out Option: Request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting support@sophiaalexandria.com. Privacy Policy: Personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy. Booking Cancellation and No-Show Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking price.
